Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area is known throughout Texas for its hikes and mountain bike trails. There are 9.8 miles of trails along this 654- acre park, where you can hike or mountain bike till your heart’s content!

Besides the hike trails, there are 34 secluded campsites scattered throughout the site. Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area also features picnic tables and grills that are available at campsites.

This recreational area also permits fun-filled water activities, including boating, fishing, and kayaking. Not to forget, you can even enjoy horse rides! Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area welcomes your four-legged buddy, too. So if you are heading out here don’t forget your bathing suit, fishing gear, and camping tents!
