The 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath house is bright and airy, with contemporary style highlighting and modern upgrades. This is the perfect home for groups coming in town for the Austin City Limits music festival as it’s only a fifteen-minute walk to the festival gates at Zilker Park. You can leave all the parking hassles behind and enjoy the music. The home’s exceptional location also favors a night out on 6th Street, which is only a 5-minute cab ride away.

There is a welcome folder in the home which has menus, maps, etc. Once you have settled in, enjoy the trails of Town Lake and Zilker Park or the live music scene in downtown!

ABOUT THE AREA

Zilker is a charming, quaint neighborhood that offers an abundance of outdoor activities, and is home to some of Austin's 2019 most famous restaurants, such as Odd Duck, Uchi, Shake Shack etc.. It is walking distance to Barton Springs, Town Lake and Zilker Park where locals go running, bike and kayak. ** Please note the fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only
