Apparel: Luxe Apothetique accepts any apparel returns within 14 days of purchase so long as the garment is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of authorized returned items. Clothing items must be returned with original hang tags still attached. Non-Apparel: Luxe Apothetique accepts non-apparel returns within 14 days of purchase so long as the item is unused in its original packaging. Candles, cosmetics, nail products and "catstudio" brand products are not eligible for return unless the item shipped contains a manufacturing defect. A full refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment usually within 2-3 business days of receipt of the authorized returned item.
