Austin Tours We specialize in Lady Bird Lake activities with a focus on our world-famous bat watching kayak tours and rental equipment. We also feature a super fun daytime photo-friendly Urban Kayak tour, a full moon night tour with live music on Lady Bird Lake's only island, and special event tours to see fireworks on the 4th of July and listen to ACL from the water!   Rentals:  Austin Kayak and Paddle Board Rentals Live Love Paddle features Austin kayak rentals and Austin paddle board rentals on Lady Bird Lake (also known as Town Lake). Renting a kayak or paddle board in Austin is a fun, healthy, cool way to see the city from a unique perspective. There are great photo opportunities with the city downtown skyline and you can easily paddle to Barton Springs Pool. Drop by our storefront to pick up your rental. Parking is free. Hours:

• During severe or inclement weather, we may be closed. Please call to verify.
• Mon-Thurs: 10:00am - 6:30pm
• Fri - Sun: 10AM - 6PM (Paddleboards may stay out until 7PM.)
• Renters must be in our shop 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing time in order to rent watercraft.***

  • Single: $10 per hour
  • Tandem: $15 per hour
  • Paddle Board: $15 per hour
  • Canoe: $20 per hour
  • NuCanoes - ½ day (3 hours): $60
• Weekend / Holiday Rental Rates
  • Single: $15 for the first hour ($10 for each additional hour)
  • Tandem: $20 for the first hour ($15 for each additional hour)
  • Paddle Board: $20 for the first hour ($15 for each additional hour)
  • Canoe: $25 for the first hour ($20 for each additional hour)
  • NuCanoes – ½ day (3 hours): $65
  • NuCanoes - Full-Day (3-8 hours): $90

Our store is located next to Radio Shack in the ground floor of the AMLI South Shore Apartments located at 1602 East Riverside Drive on Lady Bird Lake. Urban Kayaking Tour of Austin We're offering daytime tours of downtown Austin on Lady Bird Lake! You'll see some of Austin's most popular sites, hear some local history and facts, and learn about the famous Congress Avenue Bridge Bats that reside in Austin from March to October. Tour Details

Full Moon Music Paddle Tour Spend an evening kayaking or paddle boarding to a secluded island on Lady Bird Lake under the light of a full moon! On the island, you will be treated to a live music acoustic set from Jeremy Booth and the Wanderers, a sunset from the water, a campfire, and s'mores! This is as "local Austin" as Austin gets! We recommend you bring a blanket or small camp chair and bug spray. This is a BYOB event, small collapsible coolers work best. Tour Details:

4th of July Bat Watching and Fireworks Presented by Live Love Paddle Join us for a great Austin evening! We will get on the water for our bat-watching tour and then stay on the water to view the fireworks! See the famous bat colony up close, avoid traffic and parking nightmares to get to the fireworks, listen to the orchestra while relaxing on the water and view the fireworks from the coolest and closest seat available with a uniquely Austin vibe!
