Lavaca Street Bar has opened its third location located on South Lamar Street in iconic South Austin. Catch all of your favorite NFL, NCAA, MLB, NBA and NHL teams on one of our 23 televisions and enjoy a drink from our 24 revolving tap handles. Rob Maxfield Born in Witchita Falls, raised in Waxahachie, and schooled at The University of North Texas in Denton, he is a native Texan who got to Austin as fast as he could (almost 10 years ago!) he has had the pleasure of working in bars, restaurants and music venues all over this city, but his favorite area has always been South Lamar! It’s a dream come true to be able to have Lavaca Street Bar on his favorite street, and in his own neighborhood!
