After having his first taste of smoked brisket, Pitmaster KG moved from his home in Egypt to Austin to follow his passion for barbecue and smoking meat. It's KG's passion that led to one of Austin's most unique and delicious barbeque offerings, traditional smoked barbecue with an Egyptian twist. Try mainstays like smoked brisket or try dishes with more Middle Eastern influence like smoked lamb chops, pomegranate glazed pork ribs seasoned with Egyptian spices or brisket shawarma.
