Headquartered in Austin and serving an international client base, ByGeorge offer stylish and colorful customers a thoughtful curation of the world’s best brands. Three decades after first opening our doors, ByGeorge continue to build a vibrant community of loyal customers and brands who celebrate a life well-lived. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories cannot be expedited and will be shipped via UPS Ground for a charge of $20. ByGeorge offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for ByGeorge local Austin customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of their store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 3 days. International shipping is currently unavailable at this time but will be available soon.

Merchandise may be returned in ‘as purchased’ condition with the original sales tag attached within 14 days of purchase. If your order included a full-price item, a complimentary UPS return label will be included in your box. ByGeorge Simply seal your box, affix the label, and drop it off at any UPS location.
