The Oasis Lake Travis Restaurant is the largest outdoor restaurant throughout Texas. Because of that, it is now famous as the Sunset Capital of Texas. And you won’t believe it; The Oasis Restaurant started off as just an idea! Thirty-eight years later, the restaurant has now become a well-known jewel nestled in the Austin hill country.
This 30 thousand square feet restaurant is located on a cliff 450 feet above Austin’s Lake Travis. There are also special event center houses, multiple dining decks looking over the lake, and eight event rooms. Regardless of who you want to enjoy the food with, there is always something at the restaurant that you will surely devour.

Accessible by both land and water, this upbeat floating restaurant serves Southern-inspired dishes and pub grub, along with live music on weekends. If you are in a party mood, the bar has large-screen TVs, and people that are always ready to rock the floor. The ship store has boat supplies, sundries, snacks and Gnarly Gar merchandise. You don’t have to worry about parking either; there are two decks with plenty of boat access dock parking.
