Prices do not include gratuity. 20% gratuity automatically applied to proms and quinceaneras.
Prices are good for pickups within 25 miles of downtown Austin. Pickups over the 25 mile radius are subject to a $10 per mile charge for every mile over the 25 radius (example 28 miles would be $30.00 extra charge). Travel is generally good for the greater Austin area or the areas stated in the booking trips. Outside of Austin is subject to additional charges.
The time starts when we pick you up and ends when we drop you off.
If you request a time change or bus size change everything must be confirmed in writing via email.
You can request a specific bus through the booking notes or confirmation email but it is not guaranteed.

We provide ice, bottled water, and cups and you can bring whatever you want onboard
Provider policy
Cancellations and weather
- CANCELLATION POLICY The deposit and booking fee is non-refundable when you book the trip. When you put a deposit down at a specific time you reserve that bus and we are no longer able to sell that time slot if you cancel. The remaining balance is still due if you cancel less than seven days before the before your trip.
- RAIN POLICY There are no cancellations or refunds because of rain. If you rent a bus to go to the lake or tubing and inclement weather prohibits the trip you can use the bus for the amount of hours booked or six hours for a drop off pickup rate for any kind of pub crawl, wine/brewery tour, or wherever you want to go.
