- Sorry, cancellations or changes made within 72-hours of the booked tour date/time are not refundable and will be charged in full.
- If you decide to cancel or change your reservation, we require your reservation confirmation number provided to you at the time of the reservation booking.
- All flights are weather permitting. If for any reason a flight was canceled by Austin Heli Tours due to the weather or mechanical issues, your ticket can be fully refunded, or you may choose to reschedule or receive a gift card.
