Provider policy
Cancellations and weather
- If a registered tour guest cancels 48 hours or more prior to the tour, you will be refunded your ticket fee less a $25 cancellation charge. Any booking can be moved to another date, at no charge, if moved at least 48 hours prior to the tour. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the start of your booked tour.
- Austin Eats Food Tours reserves the right to cancel any of our tours if severe weather threatens; if the tour does not meet a minimum number of registered guests; or if there are any other unforeseen circumstances that would prevent the tour from running. In that case, all registered tour guests will receive a full refund for their ticket fees.
