Your charter includes an experienced captain who handles the boat and helps ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time on the water. Our captain is also happy to help beginners learn the basics of wake surfing or wakeboarding so everyone in your group can participate.
Note: A mandatory 20% gratuity for the captain is required and must be paid directly to the captain before the end of the charter. If gratuity is not paid at that time, the card on file will automatically be charged a 25% gratuity.

To cancel or reschedule a trip, please contact us 48 hours prior to the trip. No refunds will be given for cancelling a trip within 48 hours of the scheduled trip. In the event the weather conditions are deemed unsafe to operate the boat by staff, that decision will be made on the day of the booking and a 94% refund will be issued or a full credit for a trip equivalent to the original charter will be provided for a later date, good for up to one year. The 6% is to cover the booking service fee.
