Cancellation Policy
The Party Goat reserves the right to cancel/re-schedule any and all reservations. Including but not limited to mechanical failure, weather, misbehavior/negligence aboard vessel All person(s) are required to sign a waiver before leaving dock. For security reasons and to comply with Texas State laws regarding boat rentals, PHOTO ID for each passenger are required at check-in. If you fail to bring your ID we cannot allow you on the boat and will not provide a refund. We DO NOT give refunds, rather we will gladly give you credit for use another time. No shows and cancellations within 14 days of the event, for any reason, are subject to full reservation cost We do not allow cancellations for less than ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, unsafe conditions we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff due to weather will receive a full refund. If any passengers on board are showing physical symptoms of intoxication including throwing up, sleeping, falling, aggression, and or deemed by the captain intoxicated will be subject to cancelation on the spot with no refund. There is also a $200 clean up fee for throwing up on the boat.
