"Strict cancellation policy: Must email any cancelation requests prior to trip • Cancellations over 30 days prior to trip 100% refund. • Cancellations between 15-30 days prior to trip 50% refund. • Cancellations within 14 days of the booking start time are non-refundable. Weather permitting if there is lightning seen at the time of your charter, swimming or being in the water for water-sports is not allowed, until lightning has not been seen for at least 30 min. If severe weather occurs at the time of or during the charter, due to safety concerns called from the captain, we will get credit for time not used for a future booking, redeemable up to 1 year. Any reschedules can be redeemable any days except Saturdays and major holiday weekends. a 20% rebooking fee is applied.
