Rescheduling: Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your trip by phone or email. All reschedules are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Requests made within 7 days of your trip will not be accommodated unless ACL Boat Rentals has canceled due to unsafe weather conditions. - Weather Policy: ACL Boat Rentals is committed to getting you out on the water and will only call off a charter when we believe it is not safe to do so. Weather Weather forecasts alone will never be the reason we cancel — our team assesses actual conditions on the morning of your booking before making any call.
