In the event the weather conditions are deemed unsafe to operate the boat by staff, that decision will be made on the day of the booking and a 94% refund will be issued or a full credit for a trip equivalent to the original charter will be provided for a later date, good for up to one year. The 6% is to cover the booking service fee.
