Less than 48 hours cancellation notice you will be liable for the full rental amount. Memorial Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend WEEKDAY CANCELLATION POLICY (Monday-Thursday): Less than 48 hours will result in a $200 minimum cancellation fee charged. SUNSET TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Less than 48 hours cancellation notice you will be liable for the full amount. Please not we do not refund booking fees NO SHOWS: All no shows will be charged the full price amount plus an additional 20% gratuity. We reserve the right to cancel any boat outing due to unsafe or uncomfortable conditions such as temperatures under 55F or winds over 20mph.
