The driver will text/call you 15-30 minutes before your reservation start time to touch base with you and make sure you don't need any help.
The driver will meet your group at the dock where you will need to look for the boat name on your reservation. (Look for the double decker with a slide)

Damages Any Damages to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $500 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of you or one of your guests regardless of the captains instructions. If damages occur, $500 will be charged to the card.
