3rd Generation Pitmaster Kent Black slow smokes all Barbecue the way his grandfather did in 1932. A simple rub, local Post Oak Wood and patience is the secret.

• Brisket: Certified Angus Beef Ask for lean, or with some fat. Priced per pound; order as much or as little as you'd like.
• Pork Spare Ribs: Priced per pound; order as much or as little as you'd like.
• Chopped Beef: Black’s BBQ Beef Brisket, chopped and mixed with a touch of Norma Jean's BBQ Sauce. Priced per pound; order as much or as little as you'd like.
• Giant Beef Rib: Each bone is 9 inches long with about 2" of flavorful marbled beef piled on top. Each rib will weigh about 1 pound. Priced per pound.
• Turkey Breast: Priced per pound; order as much or as little as you'd like
• Barbecue Chicken: Order 1/4, 1/2, or a Whole Chicken
• Pulled Pork: Black’s BBQ central Texas style pulled pork is smokey, simply seasoned and priced by the pound.
• Homemade Sausage: Their 80 year old recipe and techniques remain the same as each ring is hand stuffed and hand tied, then smoked to perfection.
