Cast your ballot for Austin’s Pet Mayor while enjoying games, popcorn, Kona Ice snow cones, face painting, kids activities and photo opportunities with your favorite pet candidates. Guests can also practice voting on real Travis County voting machines, explore a mock Voters Guide, register to vote and learn more about the election process in an engaging, hands-on environment. Don’t miss the lively pet candidate debate and stump speeches as the race for Pet Mayor heats up. Hosted by the League of Women Voters of the Austin Area and the Travis County Clerk’s Office, this free all-ages event is part of a summer series happening across Austin and Travis County.
