Event overview

What this event is about

Come down to the legendary C-Boys tonight and catch two of Austin's finest bands! Nether Hour 10:00pm Dom Francis 11:45pm "We don't play country music, but we're good ole boys from the country." Down in the heart of Austin, TX, where the music runs thicker than the heat, there's a band that's been making some serious noise. They call themselves Nether Hour, and they've been turning every dive bar and backroad juke joint into a full-blown musical revival. The band is a trio of unapologetic rebels, each one a powerhouse of sonic defiance. Bobby Flaco delivers gritty vocals and razor-sharp guitar riffs, while Bishop unleashes searing lead guitar and mandolin work, with Bercy laying down bass lines that slam right into your gut. Nether Hour is a relentless sonic melting pot, fusing the swampy grooves of Louisiana with Texas-sized doses of funk, blues, soul, and rock 'n' roll. Dom Francis doesn’t set out to just write songs—he attempts to create worlds. Rooted in folk and rock but unbound by genre, his music drifts through shadowy dreamscapes, desert highways, and backwoods silence. Each track is a thread pulled from a life lived in motion—raised in the Northeast, tempered by time in El Paso, Missouri, Appalachia, and now Austin, Texas. His debut album The Wanderer plays like a midnight postcard: analog warmth, raw edges, and lyrics that linger. His sophomore album “The State of Things” is out now.
