Lonestar Dinner Series: Hestia x Interstellar

Join Hestia this summer as they collaborate with Michelin-recognized chefs from around Texas for their Lonestar Dinner Series. On August 25, Hestia will host the chef team behind Interstellar BBQ. Each dinner in the series represents a true collaboration where chefs will cook side by side, sharing techniques and exchanging ideas rooted in the hearth and Texas barbecue tradition. The menu will reflect fire-driven cooking philosophies, featuring local ingredients with global influences. Each set menu will be $225 per person, with optional wine pairings available for $125 per person.
