IntegralxBATHE Retreat

Join Integral Pilates for a restorative Half-Day Retreat at BATHE designed to help you move, unwind, and reconnect. We'll begin the morning with a mat Pilates class co-taught by Integral Pilates Co-Owners Leg and Marli. Following class, guests are invited to settle into a relaxing sauna, cold plunge, and mineral soak experience at BATHE while enjoying music, local vendors, and time to mingle. Throughout the afternoon guests can explore local vendors, including Bloom, SkinPharm, Biggie's Yardbird Integrate Chiropractic and more, with music provided by SoCo Disco. The retreat will conclude with a guided meditation, creating space to slow down and reflect, leaving feeling restored.
